Digital Science and Computing Center of Vilnius University Selects Abiquo

Redwood City, Calif. – March 13, 2012 – Abiquo, the leading Enterprise Cloud software company, today announced that its award-winning solution was selected by the Digital Science and Computing Center of Lithuania’s Vilnius University to manage its new state-of-the-art Virtualization Laboratory built by the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics, and part funded by the European Union. The laboratory allows students to provision their own virtual resources across a broad selection of virtualization technologies in seconds – without placing any burden on University IT Operations staff, significantly reducing IT Operations costs.
